Are the vacuums free?

Yes! Our Parker location offers 10 self-serve vacuum stations that are complimentary with the purchase of any wash- No tokens necessary! Our Littleton location offers 4 self-serve vacuum stations that are coin/token operated, however, tokens are provided for FREE with the purchase of any wash!

Do you provide any interior detailing?

No, we are an express, exterior car wash only. We have found that this particular type of car wash model allows us to provide our customers with a fast, inexpensive, high quality wash every time. We do, however, provide free self-serve vacuums and dashboard towels for your convenience.

What is your Express Polish?

At our Parker location, we offer an Exterior Polish "detail" that includes an exterior wax, tire dressing, and window clean. First we spray on a specially formulated polymer wax before our detail machine buffs your vehicle. Then we conclude with the manual tire dressing and window clean. Overall, the process takes about 15-20 minutes. Our exterior polish is offered on a first come, first serve basis.

• It is recommended that a Silver or Gold wash is purchased immediately before getting an express polish.
• No FJ Cruisers or Hummers
• No lifted vehicles

Do you offer a Rain Guarantee?

Yes! We know how frustrating it can be to wash your vehicle only to have an unexpected Colorado weather front zip through that same afternoon! No worries- just bring your receipt in within 24 hours and we’ll wash your vehicle again. (Rain Guarantee Excludes $3 Express Wash)

Do I stay inside my car?

Yes! Our conveyor system allows you to stay inside your vehicle throughout the entire process. When you pull onto the lot, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will assist you with your wash selection and take payment right there so you never have to leave your driver’s seat!

Yes! We accept all major Credit Cards in addition to cash or checks.

Will the brushes scratch my car?

No! Our MacNeil System includes Envirosoft "foam fingers" rather than bristles or cloth. This allows our customers to receive a higher quality wash than a "touch-free," yet eliminates the risk of being scratched by bristles or dirt particles that are sometimes retained by cloth brushes.

What are the restrictions for your tunnel?

No "dualies"; no taller than 7'1"; no ladder racks hanging over the front; no tires wider than 12.5"

Will my windshield crack in extreme temperatures?

No. Unless there is a defect in the glass, your windshield will not crack when going through the wash on an extremely hot or cold day. Click here for more information on "thermal stress" and car care tips.

Do you close on bad weather days?

Our staff is always on site, however, when temperatures are below 20 degrees F we may have to close. Please remember if you wash in below freezing temperatures your doors and windows may freeze shut.

What is Magnesium chloride?

Mag Chloride is a salt compound that is pre-applied to the roads in the winter to prevent ice. When left on your car it can cause wiring corrosion and rust. Read more about Mag Chloride or click here for the CDOT Fact Sheet (PDF).

Where/how do I redeem my coupon?

Even if you have a coupon, you can still pull right into our line and our staff can assist you with your discount at the cart so you never have to get out of your vehicle!

Do you recycle your water?

Yes! We recycle 90 percent of our water through our re-claim system. Also, we only use 20 gallons of fresh water per wash, compared to a home wash which typically uses more than three times as much water! Click here to read more.

How often should I wash/wax my vehicle?

Wash frequency really depends on the climate and environment that you live in. In Colorado, it is important to wash frequently enough to remove pollutants in the rain, bugs, Magnesium Chloride, etc. Additionally, the more you wash, the more you should wax. Read more here.
