Coupon Program (September- April)

Kwik Car Wash is a strong advocate of community involvement, which is why we have developed this program to help your organization reach its fundraising goals.

The Kwik Car Wash Coupon Program is designed to create a Win-Win-Win situation for all parties involved. First, the consumer receives a superior car wash as a reward for supporting your organization! Second, your organization will earn $6 of every $12 Gold Wash voucher sold! Third, Kwik Car Wash gains the opportunity to earn the business of future loyal customers!

• The service your organization is selling is one that most everyone wants and needs: a high quality car wash.
• No upfront costs for your organization: just pay us for what was sold and return the unsold coupons to us.
• Flexible: supporters can redeem their wash voucher at any time!
• Potential to raise large sums of money quickly with no "stock" to hold.
  Sell 250 coupons ................... Earn $1,500!
  Sell 500 coupons ................... Earn $3,000!
  Sell 1,000 coupons ................. Earn $6,000!

How it works:

1. Contact Kwik Car Wash Sales & Marketing Manager Megan Ronald at 303-817-5207 or at Megan [at] kwikcarwash.com.
2. Decide the dates you would like to run your fundraising campaign.
3. Fill out the Fall Fundraising Contract and decide how many car washes your group plans to sell (between 250 and 1,000).
4. Order car wash coupons two weeks prior to the start date. A printing fee of $50 will be incurred by your organization.
5. Sell car wash coupons, collecting money at time of sale. After 30 day duration, pay Kwik Car Wash $6 for each Gold Wash sold and return any unsold coupons. Lost or unsold car wash tickets that are not returned will be paid for by your organization at full retail value ($12).
6. Program runs September 1st- April 30th; Each organization can participate once per season.
7. Everyone NEEDS auto maintenance services, anyway. You're not selling something that people don't need.

Charity Wash Program (May-August)

Great way to earn money for your team/organization!

• Kwik Car Wash will donate 50% of revenue earned during the course of the event
• PLUS, earn additional donations by assisting customers in vacuuming their interior, towel drying, or selling BBQ

Better for the environment than a "do-it-yourself" wash!

• We recycle 90% of our water and use only environmentally friendly soap

Less hassle than traditional fundraisers:

• No "stock" to buy and find storage for- like concession items.
• No future "delivery" dates- like candy sales or seasonal items that need to be ordered now and delivered later.
• No "mess"- we'll take care of the actual washing of the cars!
• Two words...CONVENIENT and EASY

How to Sign Up For a Charity Wash

Due to the high demand for this program, Charity Wash bookings are now made through a lottery system. All entries must be submitted between January 1st- January 31st. Please email your organization’s name, contact person’s name, and phone number to Megan [at] kwikcarwash.com.

A total of eight dates will be available – every other weekend from May through August. The eight organizations selected will be contacted in the order they are drawn to request their date of preference. Only one entry per organization will be accepted.
